Challenge:
The Energy practice of this highly respected consulting firm based in the UAE was looking to expand their presence even further particularly within the Natural Resources and Sustainability space. Covering digital transformation, ESG, SCM and operational optimisation the practice desperately needed a Senior level Partner to take the reins of a sub team and replicate the success they had in other parts of the firm internationally.
Solution:

Although initially hesitant about external opportunities, the candidate was convinced through a comprehensive interview process that highlighted the unique role and potential impact within our client's organization.

Consulting Point worked closely with the client to shape an offer agreeable to both parties. Despite a counteroffer from their current firm, the candidate was enthusiastic about the unique role and quickly accepted the position as Lead Partner with our international strategy client.
