Georgina is a Professional Certified Coach and Mental Fitness Trainer. With 23 years of senior experience in marketing and technology and a lifelong passion for meditation and self-discovery, she brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal growth to her coaching.
For Georgina, achieving the balance between outer success and inner peace has always been a guiding principle and this has led her on a 30-year journey of exploration, encompassing neuroscience, positive psychology, NLP, goal-visualization, hypnotherapy, and Buddhism (up to the level of novice monk).
Today, her passion and gift is combining commercial acumen with emotional intelligence to help executives build confidence, elevate performance and improve their well-being.
