As the head of Consulting Point's Leicester office, Ben also serves as a Key Account Director for several top-tier management consulting clients.

He focused on sales and distribution, covering intermediated clients across EMEA and had exposure to the (D2C) U/HNWI segment.

Transitioning into the executive search and talent advisory sector, Iman has extensive experience running multiple mandates for top-tier US and UK law firms, recruiting corporate lawyers across various practice areas. More recently, he has concentrated on the Life Sciences and broader Healthcare sectors, assisting innovative, fledgling companies, typically pre-IPO, with scale-up through people and talent acquisition. His emphasis has been on senior hires in the pre-IPO space across multiple jurisdictions.

Iman's diverse and extensive background brings a valuable combination of multi-sector knowledge and practical account management experience. He possesses a strong desire to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

After leaving the public sector, Jennifer joined Consulting Point in 2005. She brought with her the experience gained in HR with local councils along with her event management skills to the table. Utilising her BA in Sociology, she has worked alongside the directors of Consulting Point to build an ever growing team.

With over 20 years management experience Jennifer has built and managed the HR department across the two UK sites, our US operation and is currently helping establish ourselves in Hong Kong to further our relationships with the Asia market.

Jimena is currently studying Business, Maths, and Sociology at the A Level. She chose these subjects because she is interested in exploring various paths within the business and finance industry.

She is proficient in Spanish and has the confidence and capability to teach it to others. She is eager and adaptable, ready to embrace new working environments and develop new skills to broaden her knowledge.

Jimena enjoys engaging in diverse projects and has previous experience in leadership roles, where she has effectively set and adhered to various tasks.

She has worked closely with Senior Management on assignments in the UK and EMEA regions, gaining knowledge in Talent Insights and within the retained search space.

His journey also included a role at an early-stage cloud computing start-up, which inspired his transition into consulting.

In his consulting career, Simon has collaborated with leading automotive brands and organisations, supporting them in addressing industry challenges, driving operational transformation, and seizing new opportunities.
