One of our prominent clients started proactively looking for a senior individual to further bolster their Retail Consulting practice, needing someone who was a subject matter expert in Retail Operations & Store Transformation who can help to advise major grocery & fashion retailors define the Future of Store within the Retail sector. The role not only required someone with a specific consulting skillset, but also a strong network within Retail and a proven track record in Business Development & Sales.
Solution:
Consulting Point put together a team to scope out the market, however it was our network where the majority of introduced candidates were sourced. From our comprehensive shortlist, the client was able to select a number of potential fits with one candidate particularly standing out. The successful talent was a Senior Manager in a Big 4 advisory firm within their Retail Consulting practice with deep expertise in Supply Chain, Store Operations, Transportation, Warehousing and Network Optimisation who had continually exceeded sales targets and is regarded as a Thought Leader in the Retail sector.
