Challenge:
A long-standing strategy client were looking for exceptional individuals with expertise in Turnaround & Restructuring to join their growing DACH offering. We worked closely with the leadership team to understand their exact needs, developing a longlist of relevant individuals.
Solution:
The successful individual had an impressive background with multiple years at a ‘big 4’ firm. We worked with the candidate throughout each step of the interview process to ensure they were fully prepared and comfortable with what would be asked of them. As a result, they quickly moved through each stage, receiving excellent feedback.
Results:
As soon as the client made their intent to offer clear, we discussed the current market together with the candidate’s expectations to advise them on what a successful offer would need to look like in order to secure the acceptance. They agreed and the offer was swiftly accepted.
