International management consultancy Horváth has appointed Saad Hamam as its first partner in the Middle East.

Saad Hamam has been a driving force behind Horváth’s growth and success in the Middle East since joining in 2014 and becoming a managing director of the regional office in 2020. With his extensive experience in strategy and performance management, he has played a crucial role in establishing the firm as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries.

Commenting on his appointment, Saad Hamam said:

“I am grateful for the opportunity to continue this impactful work and build Horváth’s presence as a leading management consultancy in the Middle East.”

In addition to Hamam’s partner appointment, Horváth has also established its Regional Headquarters in Saudi Arabia.

“This move demonstrates our commitment to serving clients in the nation with exceptional responsiveness and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.”

The Saudi milestone comes on the back of a record-breaking financial year for Horváth. The German-origin company ended its FY24 fiscal year with a 13% increase in sales to well over €300 million, driven by growth in all its markets – Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

Helmut Ahr, CEO of Horváth said:

“The fact that we have grown well above the industry average is due not only to the exceptional commitment of our highly motivated teams every day, but also to our highly sought after market experience in business transformation and our excellent implementation skills. Our growth is also driven by our increasingly international business.”

In light of the continued need for complex transformation services, Horváth is forecasting another year of double-digit growth in its current fiscal year.

Founded in 1981, Horváth has around 1,400 employees and is a member of Cordence Worldwide.
