Big Four firm Deloitte is launching a new Innovation Center for ServiceNow services and products.

Announced on the opening day of LEAP, the new Innovation Center will be part of the firm’s Digital Center in Riyadh. The facility will have a focus on use cases and innovation in the public sector, informing clients in Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East.

US headquartered ServiceNow provides a platform that helps companies digitise and automate their workflows for back office operations, including IT service management, human resources, customer service, risk & compliance, field services, and portfolio management.

The Innovation Center in Riyadh will build on Deloitte’s extensive experience in ServiceNow. A Global Elite Partner, the firm has delivered over 10,000 transformation and implementation programs on the ServiceNow worldwide since the inception of their working relationship.
