Oliver Wyman, a leading global management consulting firm and a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC) announced that Elena Belov and Michael Duane have been appointed Co-Heads of Finance and Risk for the Americas effective immediately. Ms. Belov and Mr. Duane will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Ms. Belov has decades of experience in banking strategy, governance, and risk management. During her career, she has helped financial services institutions solve their most complex problems including several successful transformations, notably in the areas of risk and compliance.
Mr. Duane is widely recognized as an expert on matters related to finance and risk. He advises financial institutions on distinct matters at the intersection of risk, regulation, and business strategy. During his career with Oliver Wyman, he has supported senior management and boards on navigating the changing banking landscape, managing financial resources, and structuring effective and efficient risk frameworks.
