With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Andrew has built and developed a number of well known and highly respected talent brands.
He leads and defines the strategy function of the firm and is responsible for its direction and innovative approach. He brings his experience to bear across all aspects of the process and heads our executive board.
He is also responsible for investor relations, M&A and regulatory compliance.
The M&A practice is headed up by our CEO, Andrew Errington-Thomas. He has 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Ben is an experienced Talent Advisory Director with a proven track record of building and leading successful Talent Advisory teams across a variety different sectors and service lines in multiple jurisdictions.
Ben has extensive personal experience of developing and executing Strategic plans, providing Team Leadership and Management, taking a leading role in Business Development and Relationship Management, as well as personally delivering on Senior mandates.
Working directly with the CEO, Ben provides support across all aspects of the wider Consulting Point Group.
