A global Management Consulting firm were looking for an experienced Manager level practitioner to join their fast-growing CIO Advisory practice. We worked closely with the senior leadership team to understand their exact needs and develop a list of relevant individuals with expertise in Technology Strategy & CIO Advisory consulting.

Consulting Point have a strong network of talent in CIO Advisory and quickly identified the successful candidate from a Big 4 advisory firm who had an impressive background with experience in industry as well as consulting. This individual had expertise across Technology Strategy, IT Target Operating Models, IT Roadmaps, IT Service Management and CIO/CTO Advisory.
Results:
We ensured the candidate was thoroughly prepared for each interview and they quickly progressed through the hiring process, receiving excellent feedback throughout, particularly for the presentation which was delivered to the senior leadership team at the final stage. Once the client made their intent to offer clear with us, we advised them on what a successful offer would need to look like in order to secure the candidate. This advice was taken on board and the offer was accepted the same day.
